Gõ Seattle was born from a simple love of Vietnamese food and the belief that everyone deserves access to fresh, authentic flavors.
Founded in 2019, we have served thousands of guests across the Pacific Northwest — from intimate gatherings to 500-person corporate events. Every dish is made from scratch using family recipes passed down through generations.
We source locally whenever possible, partnering with farms in the Snoqualmie Valley for fresh herbs and vegetables.
